ACTS (Aligning Curriculum with Technology and Standards) has been helping teachers explore connections between technology, standards and critical thinking since 2005. Each year, over the course of 50 intensive workshop hours and individual meeting time, teachers learn new technology tools, and evaluate technology lessons. Using Understanding by Design as a guide, they also plan and implement a technology-integrated activity for their classrooms. Each year, this year-long professional developmet program results in successful projects.

The projects highlighted in this data base represent a range of content areas, technology tools, and levels. It is as much our goal to showcase student work and to provide resources for re-implementation as it is to share the depth of our teachers' thinking as they developed these plans. The projects found here represent the innovative technology integration work going on in Radnor classrooms.
