Dear Ithan Elementary Parents and Guardians, Welcome to November! The first few months of the school year passed quickly and with interesting weather for all of us. We can be very thankful that the results of the bad weather and disruptions to school were minimal. Our children have been doing a great job falling into the routine of the new school year, completing homework, and showing caring support of their peers. Ithan Elementary is teaming up with Mr. Burt Blackburn, Director of Transportation, to create positive behavior on our school buses. Please talk with your children and make them aware that we may need to begin assigning special seating if they are not demonstrating appropriate and safe behaviors on the school buses to and from school. It was wonderful to see so many visitors during American Education Week. We also look forward to successful parent-teacher conferences during the week of November 19th.
