We are pleased to announce that we will once again be using Pick-A-Time for the Parent/Teacher Conferences during the evening of November 22nd throughout the day on November 23rd and the morning of November 24th.

YOU CAN BEGIN SCHEDULING YOUR CONFERENCES ON
NOVEMBER, 9th AT 8:00 AM
Register (new users)
1. Enter your email address and push Login/Create Account
2. Fill in the required fields and register
3. Click on Add Student
4. For each child, enter a student ID and birth date
5. Once all your students are listed at the top, push Done
Scheduling
Each colored square represents an available meeting time during the evening of November 23rd through out the day on November 24th and the morning of November 25th. The legend at the top shows you what teacher corresponds to what color. Click on the square to book the time you would like. After you set when you want the reminder e-mail to be delivered, click Create appointment. Please only sign up with 3 teachers with whom you would like a conference.
Signing In Again
If and when you return to the site once you are registered, all you need to do is enter your e-mail address and password. The system will know about your appointments and the students you added to your account.
If you do not have internet and/or computer access you are welcome to use the computers in the library at the high school between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm on the scheduling days or you can call 610-293-0855 ext. 3407 during the following times:
Tuesday, November 9th & 16th 9am 11am and 12 pm- 4pm
Wednesday, November 10th & 17th 9am 11am and 12 pm- 4pm
Thursday, November 11th & November 18th 9am 11am and 12 pm- 4pm
