Read Across the Planet: a celebration of NEA's Read Across America

Read Around the Planet is a celebration of reading using videoconference technology! Classes share skits, raps, original poetry/writing, songs, game shows, and more. A number of RMS classes will be partnering with other classes from "around the planet" to share their love of reading.

 

 

Provider Spotlight

CAPspace is a portal for videoconference projects. Educators around the world can use CAPSpace to find colleagues and schools interested in collaborative videconference projects. You must create an account to search the database of programs.

CILC (Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration)

The CILC offers a searchable database of over 1,200 unique teacher-evaluated K-12 interactive video distance learning programs. You can search by keyword or content provider name. CILC also provides a list of award-winning content providers to help you narrow your search. Please contact Catherine Horan if you are interested in signing up for a videoconference through the CILC.
